This notice explains how Claims Nation Public Adjusters, Inc. handles information through claims-nation.com and inquiries made through this website. A separate written service agreement may address information used to represent a client.

Information you provide

When you request a claim review or contact us, we receive the information you choose to submit. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email address, telephone number, subject, message, and information about the property or insurance claim. Please use the initial form for a brief overview rather than sending Social Security numbers, payment details, or sensitive claim documents. We can discuss an appropriate way to provide documents during follow-up.

Website and inquiry information

The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions and CallRail to help route and attribute inquiries. These services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, referral sources, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and information associated with forms or calls. The site’s custom Analytics lead event reports a successful form submission and a form identifier; it does not include the name, email, phone number, or message entered in the form.

Google reCAPTCHA helps protect forms against spam and abuse. Google Maps, review widgets, and links to other services may also load third-party content when you use those features.

How information is used and shared

We use inquiry information to respond, arrange a claim review, discuss services, maintain communications, and administer the website. Usage and attribution information helps us understand which pages and channels bring inquiries and identify website problems. Send privacy requests to the email or mailing address below. You do not need to include sensitive identity documents in your initial request.
